How ROKPilots Works

The trusted marketplace for Rise of Kingdoms pilots. Secure payments, verified pilots, fair pricing.

For Buyers

Everything you need to know about booking a pilot.

How to Find and Book a Pilot

  1. 1Browse the pilot directory and filter by timezone, killing points, rating, hourly rate, language, availability, and verified status.
  2. 2Review pilot profiles, ratings, completed jobs, and level badges before choosing.
  3. 3Select your desired time slot from the pilot's availability calendar.
  4. 4Complete payment via PayPal. Your money is held in escrow until the work is done.
  5. 5Once the pilot completes the work, confirm completion to release the payment.
  6. 6Leave a rating and review to help other buyers and reward great pilots.

Payment Protection

Your money is held in escrow from the moment you pay until you confirm the pilot completed the work. You are never charged directly to the pilot. If anything goes wrong, you are protected.

48-Hour Auto-Refund: If a pilot doesn't show up or start work, your payment is automatically refunded after 48 hours with no action needed on your part.

How to File a Dispute

  1. 1Navigate to your booking in the dashboard.
  2. 2Click "File Dispute" and describe the issue in detail.
  3. 3Attach evidence: screenshots, chat logs, or any relevant proof.
  4. 4An admin will review the dispute and decide: full refund, partial refund, or payment release.

Getting Started as a Pilot

  2. 2Add your PayPal email in your profile settings. This is where all your payouts will be sent. Double-check it is correct.
  3. 3Set your availability calendar so buyers can see when you are available and book your time slots directly.
  4. 4Set your hourly rate within the range allowed by your pilot level. Competitive rates attract more bookings early on.

For Teams

How team management and commissions work on ROKPilots.

What Is a Team?

A team represents a piloting community — typically a Discord group that manages multiple pilots. Teams get a public profile page where buyers can browse all team pilots in one place.

Team Admin Role

Each team has a Team Adminwho manages the team's pilots, settings, and commission rate. Team Admins can:

  • Add and remove pilots from the team roster
  • Set commission rate (10% to 30% of net booking amount)
  • View team bookings and earnings
  • Update team profile, description, and Discord invite
  • Receive commission payouts via PayPal

How Commission Works

When a buyer books a team pilot, the payment is split as follows:

Buyer pays$50.00 + $2.50 (5% fee) = $52.50
Platform keeps$2.50 (5% fee)
Team Admin receives (20%)$9.50
Pilot receives$38.00

Commission rate is set by the Team Admin and applies to the net amount (after platform fee). Independent pilots with no team receive 100% of the net amount.

Listing Your Team

To list your piloting community on ROKPilots, contact the platform administrator. Team setup is free — there are no listing fees. Your team gets a public profile page at rokpilots.com/teams/your-team where buyers can browse your pilot roster.

Payment & Escrow

How money flows through the platform, step by step.

1

Buyer Pays

Payment is collected and held securely in escrow.

2

Pilot Works

The pilot performs the agreed-upon work on your account.

3

Buyer Confirms

You confirm the work is complete. Payment is released to the pilot.

4

Dispute (if needed)

Admin reviews evidence and decides: refund, release, or partial.

5

Auto-Release

If no action is taken, payment auto-releases after 48 hours.

Accepted Payments

PayPal

PayPal is currently the only accepted payment method.

Platform Fee

A 5% platform fee is added to each booking, paid by the buyer. Premium members pay only 2%. If the pilot belongs to a team, the team admin receives their commission from the net amount. Pilots receive the remainder.

Pilot Payouts

Payouts are sent to the PayPal email address listed on your pilot profile. Funds are released once the buyer confirms completion or after the 48-hour auto-release window.

Email Notifications

Stay informed at every step — we send email notifications for all important events.

Trust & Safety Rules

These rules keep the marketplace safe and fair for everyone. Violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

  • No sharing account credentials through the platform messaging system. Use the secure credential exchange provided after booking.
  • All payments must go through the platform. Off-platform transactions result in an immediate permanent ban for both parties.
  • Dispute evidence must be screenshots or chat logs. Claims without evidence cannot be processed.
  • Pilots must maintain a 4.0+ average rating to remain active. Falling below this threshold triggers a probation period.
  • Admin reserves the right to ban users for fraud, misconduct, or any behavior that undermines platform integrity.
  • Reviews cannot be edited or deleted once submitted. Think carefully before posting.
  • Contact information (Discord tag) is only visible after a paid booking is confirmed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about the platform.

What happens if my pilot doesn't show up?

If your pilot fails to show up or start the work within the agreed timeframe, a 48-hour auto-refund timer kicks in. If the pilot does not respond or begin work within that window, your full payment is automatically refunded to your original payment method. You can also file a dispute immediately if you prefer not to wait.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes, you can cancel a booking before the pilot begins work for a full refund. If the pilot has already started, you may need to file a dispute. Cancellations made after work has begun are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our admin team. Buyer cancellations do not affect the pilot's completion streak.

How do I get paid as a pilot?

Pilots receive payouts directly to the PayPal email address on their profile. Once a buyer confirms completion (or the 48-hour auto-release triggers), funds are sent to your PayPal within 1-3 business days. If you belong to a team, your team admin's commission is deducted automatically before payout. Make sure your PayPal email is up to date in your profile settings.

What if I disagree with a review?

Reviews cannot be edited or deleted once submitted. If you believe a review is fraudulent or violates our guidelines (contains threats, harassment, or false claims), you can report it to our admin team for review. Legitimate negative feedback, even if you disagree with it, will remain visible.

How are pilot levels calculated?

Pilot levels are based on two factors: total completed bookings and average rating. You start as a Rookie and progress to Proven (10+ bookings, 4.0+ rating), Elite (50+ bookings, 4.5+ rating), and Legend (200+ bookings, 4.8+ rating). Both conditions must be met to reach each level. Your level is recalculated after every completed booking.

Is account piloting allowed by Lilith?

Account piloting exists in a gray area. While Lilith Games' Terms of Service discourage account sharing, piloting is a widely practiced part of the Rise of Kingdoms community. ROKPilots is an independent platform not affiliated with Lilith Games. We recommend that all users understand the risks involved and make their own informed decisions. Use this service at your own discretion.
